Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Business Users (Service Providers)
a. Subscription Refund Policy
When you subscribe to use our platform, we collect your name, business details, email address, NIN, CAC Number, payment information, and service offerings.
b. Cancellation Policy
Business users can cancel their subscription at any time, but their access to FrexiQ Solutions services will be retained until the end of the current billing period.
2. Customers (Service Bookers)
a. Booking Cancellations
Customers are entitled to cancel bookings according to the individual service provider's cancellation policy. Each provider sets their own rules for how far in advance a booking must be cancelled to avoid charges.
b. Refund Policy
Refunds for cancelled bookings are determined by the service provider's policies. FrexiQ Solutions does not provide direct refunds for bookings but will facilitate the process through the provider.
c. Service Issues
If a customer experiences issues with a service (e.g., unsatisfactory delivery), they should resolve it with the provider directly. FrexiQ Solutions may assist in resolving disputes but is not liable for service failures.
