c. Termination

FrexiQ Solutions reserves the right to terminate any business user's account for violations of these Terms, such as fraudulent activity, or for failure to make subscription payments.

3. Customers (Service Bookers)

Customers can use FrexiQ Solutions to book beauty services provided by business users. FrexiQ Solutions acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality or delivery of the services booked.

b. Payment

ayments for services are processed securely via the FrexiQ Solutions platform. Refund policies for cancellations or unsatisfactory services are determined by the individual service provider.

c. User Conduct

Customers agree to respect business users and refrain from any abusive or inappropriate behaviour. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the customer's access to the platform.
